Before you begin the assignment, you have a tegrity session which demonstrates how to do the recall project. View the session to understand what you are required to do!

To prepare for your Recall Systems Assessment you will create two lists in a Word document.

Title the first column: PROPHY, come up with 25 names (Adults, each on their own account - do not duplicate the last names)

Title the second column: PERIO, come up with 25 additional names (Adults, each on their own account - do not duplicate the last names)
The project will be done in the Dentrix Family File.
You are welcome to use a phone book or any resource containing names if you do not like to be creative!

Assignment Instructions:

All patient entries in Dentrix are due Monday prior to the 8:00am close of Week 7

This assignment is half of the project which concludes in Week 9. It is valued at 50 points. If you do not complete this portion, you will not be eligible for a grade on this project. It is a critical component needed to complete the project and receive a grade.

The Recall Project Assessment (2nd half) date is Tuesday of Week 9
