eTutoring Services Western Consortium

There are three types of eTutoring to choose from:

Online Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive your work back with a tutor's comments within 24 to 48 hours. (You may submit three drafts per paper.)
Live Tutoring via eChat allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions in a virtual online environment.
Offline Questions allows you to leave a specific question for an eTutor who will respond within 48 hours (but usually sooner).

Familiarize yourself with this service by reading the welcome page.

Logging In for the First Time:
Your User Name is your last name and the last four digits of your ctclink ID number (Example: smith1234)
Your Password is your birthday by year, month, day as YYMMDD
(Example: February 1, 1983 would be written as 830201)
Then click on Student

When you log in the first time, you'll be asked to update your account profile, which includes choosing a new password, if you wish.

You may be asked to verify your account by adding your ctclink ID number as the institutional ID.
