OPTIONAL - Download Office 365/2016 for FREE - Does NOT include Access or Publisher

You may want Microsoft Office for our class; however, this free option does not include Access or Publisher (see below if you need either of these two programs). 

 Download Office for free from Microsoft using your Clover Park student email account.

The site says it includes:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • OneNote

As a Clover Park Technical College student, you may download Office 365 (the 2016 version) for free from Microsoft. Use the link below and your Clover Park email address.

  1. Get on the Internet on the computer where you want your Office 365/2016
  2. Go to the download site at http://products.office.com/en-us/student/office-in-education# Links to an external site.
  3. Enter your Clover Park Technical College email address - the one that has your name, last four of your SID and @student.cptc.edu
  4. Click the "Get Started" button
  5. Go to your student email account to find the download email - it may take a little while to get the link
  6. Follow the instructions to download the software.
