Additional Supplies & Supports - WRT

If you are requesting additional support (books, tools, etc. ), please follow these steps;

1. Click on link  WFD Student Funding Request Form Download WFD Student Funding Request Form to download form.
1. If you are asked to Open or Save, select "SAVE".
2. Open document from where it is saved onto your computer.
1. Click "Enable Editing" if it appears on the top of the screen.
2. Do not open in web browser, you will not be able to edit in the web browser.
3. Fill out form in its entirety.
4. Save document.
5. Email document to WFD_Eligibility@cptc.edu 
6. You will receive confirmation that the form was delivered to the Workforce Development Team for review.
