Two of your estheticians do not like each other but must work together. Both are of equal value to you as they are skilled in add-on retail sales, add-on services, great with recall systems for local patrons (getting clients to come back to the salon on a periodic basis), and excellent with clients, other employees and you. These two employees bicker, argue and create a difficult and problematic working environment.
