I hope you are excited to get started on Wedding and Special Event Cakes!!

This class is primarily project based, so please please please make sure you schedule your time here in the kitchen to accomplish your project in a timely manner. Do NOT wait until the last minute. 

Many of you are also running the Bistro counter this quarter. Use your time wisely. If it isn't busy, think of skills you can practice, or make some decorations.

This course is still evolving after the certificate revision, so lecturing, and demos will be a bit dynamic. I can/will work with you all as a groups and individually. I will also be adding resources to this Canvas course throughout the quarter.
