COURSE DESCRIPTION

Introduction to the practices in construction that prevent moisture intrusion, as well as techniques for maintaining healthy living environments free from destructive impacts of moisture.

PREREQUISITES

None

ASSESSMENT OF OBJECTIVES

Canvas assignments, quizzes and tests; instructor’s physical observation of hands-on demonstrations of skills taught in the workshop sessions.

25% – Assignments
10% – Quizzes
25% – Lab Component (participation) (group work)
20% – Midterm Exam
