Certification Quiz for 7 hr Training

Successful completion of this quiz (80% or better, or 77 out of 96 questions) will qualify you for a Certificate of Completion for your HIV/AIDS and Bloodborne Pathogen training. Once you have achieved at least 80% on this quiz, the Certificate Module will become available.

To access the Certificate:

• Click on "Certificate of Achievement 7 hr Training" document in the next module. This will only be available after you have scored at least 80% on this quiz.
• Click on the "Download Certificate of Achievement" link to download that document,
• After download, open the document, and
• Type In your name in the blue space provided. Save the Certificate, and print a copy for your records.

This quiz is set for multiple attempts so that you can take it as many times as necessary to achieve the required 80%. Individual instructors may limit the number of attempts available to you.

There is no time limit on this quiz, although individual instructors may set one.

It is your responsibility to download the Certificate of Achievement, and add your name to the document.
