M18: Create a Quiz Shell

The purpose of this assignment is to build a quiz and add quiz details.

1.     Go to one of your courses. Follow the steps below to complete the assignment. 

   Part 1

   • Go to one of your courses.
   • Click on Quizzes.
   • Create two graded quizzes titled: Quiz 1 and Quiz 2 (or whatever is appropriate to your course).

   Part 2

   • Add the following to the Quiz Details tab on Quiz 1:
   • Quiz directions
   • Exam Assignment Group
   • Allow multiple attempts
   • Time limit of 40 minutes
   • Save Quiz 1.
   • Add the following to the Quiz Details tab on Quiz 2:
   • Quiz directions
   • Exam Assignment Group
   • Show one question at a time
   • Let students see their quiz answers.
   • Save Quiz 2.

   Part 3

   • Click on Modules.
   • Add the first quiz to the first module.
   • Add the second quiz to the second module.
   • Publish both quizzes.
   • Verify that your modules contain the following:
     • Greetings Message (Content Page)
     • Introduce Yourself (Graded Discussion Topic)
     • Assignment 1
     • Quiz 1
     • Overview (Content Page)
     • Resource File (File)
     • Assignment 2
     • Quiz 2
   • Module 1
   • Module 2
